Rizal's Works
Jose Rizal, the Philippine national hero, was a man of many talents whose work aimed to expose the injustices of Spanish colonial rule.
Rizal's writings, which included novels, poems, essays, and even medical journals, all served a central purpose: to bring to light the social, political, and economic struggles faced by Filipinos during his era.
His two most famous works, the novels Noli Me Tangere (Touch Me Not) and El Filibusterismo (The Subversive), are considered masterpieces of Philippine literature and continue to be studied and celebrated today.
